Re: [rti4empowerment] Fw: Re: [HumJanenge] Another QUICK POLL: "Is Kashmir really an integral part of India ?"

Dear Guptaji

When this poll is on [HumJanenge], then why are you cross-posting it to [rti4empowerment] ?

I am returning this post to [humjanenge] along with my comments

1)  Nobody disputes that Kashmir is a part of India. The question Mr Ashish Kumar
(I'll address the duality issue you've raised in a separate post) is whether it is
a) an "INTEGRAL" part of India:, and
b) REALLY an integral part of India.

This issue requires a considerable knowledge of history and constitutional law.
I am afraid that you may not possess either.

I think what has caused you to be so agitated on this is that all your professed
RTI heroes have publicly declared their support for Kashmir's 'azaadi' at the
behest of their foreign paymasters as Ashish had posted. These persons, as
per you, are the people who are going to save India from RTI Rule amendments
from the wicked DoPT and CIC :-)

BTW: None of the other states you mention, possess a clause akin to Article 370

I boycott this poll which should not be a priority on this blog.  It is fit to be on the website of BJP or some other sites.  Moreover, it is undisputed that Kashmir is part of our country, why to create a confusion on this score by organising such polls.  Tomorrow, some one will conduct such polls on the status of Telanagana, Nagaland or Arunachal Pradesh and so on.  On the auspicies Republic Day, what message will want to give to our neighbours which are not friendly to us..
