[HumJanenge] Rx: Forthcoming Goa state assembly elections

Goa assembly elections are not very far away.  Having small assembly segments, a vote swing of just a few hundred will result in substantial turnover in winning candidates, which is good for the people and the state, but bad for the politicians.  For the forthcoming Goa state elections, we should vote only for that government / candidates that ensure the passage, notification and implementation, prior to the elections, of, amongst other things, the Lok Ayukt Bill, the police reforms bill as per the order of SC, filling of all judges vacancies in all courts for their proper functioning.   Goa is blessed with a large number of NGOs and socially responsive individuals.  They should all come together to facilitate the necessary vote swing to get elected the better candidates.   Victor
