Re: [HumJanenge] FYI : "Former CJI Mr KG Balakrishnan became Chairman NHRC" with unethical act of Dr Manmohan Singh Mr Arun Jaitley & Smt Sushma Swaraj...

Dear Dwarka nath Ji & all
Whatever is happening is very sad.
I had sent a complaint in August 2008 against three Judges of
High court Lucknow Bench, to Hon. President & Hon. CJI, which was also
forwarded by Dr Leo Rebello.
On the matter Major Ravi once wrote to me that President or
P.M. will never do any thing against SC/HC Judges.

NO REPLY CAME FROM HON. CJI, But Hon. President forwarded to
Govt. of U.P., and the law Secretary forwarded it to Registrar,of Hon.
high court Allahabad, under advise to me.I also enquired from Hon.
High Court about the fate of my complaint against one Judge, who taken
cognizance against me, on an frivolous application filed by my
opp.parties, of Contempt against me for punishing me, & Hon. Judge
passed Ex-Parte order on 6-7-2006, & who punished me, despite the fact
that there already was an Petition pending before that court, in which
I had prayed to initiate criminal proceedings against said Opp.
Parties, who played Fraud on court because the opp.parties have
illegally encroached our property, under the garb of forged papers.
When no response from Hon. Govt. Or Hon. High Court, then, I
met the law Secretary
who replied that no action can be taken against the said H.C. Judges
and forget it.
Now what is the fate of a common man like me, because the
opp.parties are powerful men & one Ex minister( who is in Govt. of
U.P., in Ruling party BSP) and an Addl DGP is their relatives.
Regards
Dr JN Sharma

Dear Madam,
As you are well aware that:
The post of Chairperson, NHRC has been kept vacant for a long time by
the dishonest UPA Govt particularly at the stage when serious human
rights violations have been / are taking place by planned offensive by
the Govt declaring war against own people and is likely to escalate,
if not checked, with Mr P Chidambaram hell bent upon abusing
positional power & main opposition in the Parliament, BJP, supporting
the genocide;
No. of former CJIs have been suggested by the civil society for the
post of Chairperson NHRC but the UPA Govt has intentionally delayed
the posting apparently waiting for present CJI to retire to take up
the job;
The Supreme Court Collegium headed by the present CJI has preferred
to ignore the seriously widening economic & social disparities,
resulting out of the wrong economic policies, discretionary Govt
actions in every field coupled with rampant corruption, seriously
violating the fundamental rights of the citizens but preferred not to
take suo moto cognizance of it though the Constitution of India has
been seriously violated and the Supreme Court is duty bound to take
remedial measures to provide relief to the suffering masses in the
interest of justice;
The present CJI has been dead against transparency in judiciary and
uncomfortable at openness.

That being the case, he can only be expected to repeat his
pre-dominant well-established traits at NHRC making him unsuitable
