To your 6 points, my views are as follows:

 

1. NO. Judiciary is ‘Independent’ of Executive; this ‘Independence’ is a a part of the ‘Basic Structure of the Constitution’  and is subordinate only to Constitution of India : see Articles 124 to 147 (SC), 214 to 231 (HC) and 233 to 237 (District Courts).
2. ‘Magistrate’ is a Government Servant; HC & SC Judges are not – they are Constitutional Authorities.
3. ‘Public Prosecutor’ is a public servant.
4. see answer to 1.
5. NO.
6. I do not know; I have no idea of what are the Rules for Govt. Discretionary quota

sir/madam,   please clarify doubts below, 1. whether the high court, supreme court, magistrate court comes under the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT?. if no means which department?   2. whether magistrate, high court judges, supreme court judges are govt servant?   3. whether public prosecutor is govt servant?   4. Magistrate court, high court and supreme court comes under the which Department?   5. public administrative department and judical department both are same?   6. If public prosecutor, magistrate, high court judges, supreme court judges does not come under the public administrative department then, how the tamilnadu government allotted plot to above persons under the Government discretionary Quota (GDQ).
