You have not seen my further nest msg which I had corrected that PRIVATE BANKS donot come under RTI so the person need to complain to RBI then follow up.

RTI is not aplicable to banks and if there is a custormer service issue then you can go to RBI or Ombudsman. Youirs in RTI service Bhaskar
