Mr Tangaraj -- IAS Formerly Revenue Secrtary -- we know that he Had issuied a Specific Circular To all PIOs of Revenue Dept that they should Alone Attend KIC Hearings and Should Not send other staff
Mr M R Pujar Retd IPS Formerly Additional commissioner Bangalore City
Two Dark Horses Mostly From Shimogga District of CM and Also His Community
1. Name not clear but An Practicing Advocate From shinogga
2. Mr sajjanar One Again an Advocate and a social Activist and Runs Educational Institutions (mostly from Nearby haveri or Dharwad District)
