RTI_India will also have to adjust to the new order that is coming to the CIC with Mr Tiwari assuming the C'IC-ship, and we shouldn't prejudge anyone. In case Mr Tiwari has to be faulted for his performance then there is nobody better situated than Mr Ashish to do so. Sarbajit
