Re: [rti_india] Re: [HumJanenge] RTI applications Taxmen deluged with 'ex' files

Dear Shri Simha

1. This group has evolved its own "Rules" for "Cross Posting" by a process of open consensus after considerable discussion and voting.

2. The moderator is required to enforce the group rules to ensure compliance to Yahoo's terms of service, as well as to protect the general body of members. You can be assured that the present moderator shall not shirk when it comes to discharge the duties imposed on him.

3. As fas as the Karnataka groups are concerned, the present moderator has zero tolerance for NGOs, persons associated with NGOs, blackmailers masquerading as RTI activists, and persons from Karnataka.

4. Incidentally, our likely next Chief Information Commissioner shall assume office on or about Friday the 7th of October 2010 upon his retirement. An IAS officer from the Karnataka cadre enjoying the trust of the PMO, he is also closely aligned to prominent mining lobbies in that BJP ruled state considered close to the leader of the Opposition in the House of the People. Of course there's many a slip between the cup and the lip as C-Day draws closer.
