Dear Friends
I'm member of 8 RTI yahoogroups for India, many of which I have stopped reading. This group is definitely the best one for many reasons.
# messages are displayed immediately
# hardly any spam and junk emails not related to RTI. (somebody can explain why people assume that just because I am interested in knowing about RTI means I am interested in also knowing about every other problem of India).
# dont have to get mails from "Urvashi Sharma", "Nutan / Amitabh Thakur", "C K Rejimon", "Krishnaraj Rao" and so many others. I'm specially happy that I dont receive 50 emails daily from "Vishal Kudchadkar" cut and pasted from news feeds.
I support the moderators (whoever they are) if they can keep this group clean and focussed on RTI. Of course the language used must be civilized and decent, and it is expected that moderators must explain the reasons for their actions instead of posting cryptic one liners.
yours faithfully
Sanjeev Santoshi
Dear Ashish,
We must kick all members, out from this group, by issuing such sudden directives, or on some pretext or another. After all, the main intention of this group, should be focussed on abusing and kicking out members, instead of discussing RTI issues.
I am sure, another member would soon complain against u too, to YAHOO for misusing using your powers, as a moderator.
In the meanwhile, keep up your good work. I am sure, plenty of other members, would also be proud of Ashish and support your good work, on using a yahoo group, to satisy personal/ ego issues.
Ashish, I am sure, YAHOO Groups would be proud of you too, in having such a learned member like you, openly abusing anyone in a yahoo group, to be a moderator, of one their groups.
