Subject: See this Youtube video of Street Play about RTI activist's murder
A group of stage professionals – Pramod Kamble & Group -- enacted a 20-minute street play at our press conference in Mumbai. It was titled 'Ek aam aadmi ki mahaan kahani', and was about the struggle and eventual murder of a fictitious RTI activist called Suraj Prakash. This play was videotaped, and you can watch it now on Youtube with English subtitling.
It has been divided into three parts of 7-8 minutes each.

If you wish to have this play enacted in your town or neighbourhood, call Krish 98215 88114.
'Ek aam aadmi ki mahaan kahani' – is based on the original script 'The Murder of RTI Activist Suraj Prakash. The play is inspired by the dozen killings of RTI activists and citizen whistle-blowers in 2010. It is also inspired by the nepotistic appointment of tainted and ill-intentioned bureaucrats as Information Commissioners and Vigilance Commissioners, by political leaders who want their acts of corruption to be concealed.
