This is with regard to the series of mails forwarded by Sarabjit regarding the unwarranted attacks on the list and the moderator. And worse making attempts to close the list down.
Yes the arguments were messy and personal even, however it is clear that these attacks on the list are diversionary tactics that the original offender is attempting so as to save his reputation.
If there are no serious accusations against Mr Singh then let him prove it instead of using the List to extract his vengence. Whatever his problems are with Mr Ashish Kr have nothing to do with the RTI list or the moderator.
What it seems that Mr Singh is trying to do is to get records that show him in poor light and he wants a convenient way to destroy this evidence.
Mr Singh has problems with an individual, let them sort it out. The moderator and the list cannot be held to ransom because people choose to wash their linen in various stages on uncleanliness on an open forum.

If other list members are in agreement then we as independent members need to write to the yahoo groups and report the abuse of their "report abuse" tools.

Please peruse the message # 6624 of Ashish Kumar
(ashishkr1965@yahoo.com) in yahoogroup "RTI-India" owned and
moderated by Sarbajit Roy (sroy1947@yahoo.com). In para 4 of this
message Mr. Ashish has levelled baseless and malicious allegations
against me by stating that "Mr Singh, a vigilance officer, who
faces numerous serious accusations of corruption in cross cases iof
smuggling nvolving Abu Salem, Chota Rajan gangs'.
He is using this ID to malign image of numerous contitutional
authorities like Prime Minister of India, Sonia Gandi, UPA Chairman,
Chief Information commissioner and Information commissioner of India on
the board of "RTI_India" as can be verified by going through
each and every messages posted by him.
He is thus causing tremendous mental agony and defaming these people
including me by using Yahoo ID and Yahoo group which has put my life in
