Thanks for suggesting a Few Crucial Issues to Be Discussed and Hope Fruit Full Discussions and Action Plans do Come Out .I Further Suggest and Give that The Following Points also Be Discussed in the Meeting and The Minutes of The Meeting by Each of the Participant be Recorded and Put out Verbatim in the Groups Mail 1.I Have Received Very Reliable Information from My Sources Close to seat of Power that in the Most Fluent Condition of a Few Posts of IC's being Vacant and there is every Need to appoint IC's urgently and the Govt & Opposition Party at Logger Heads at Every Single Point of time, Several Persons in our Group including Moderators have Become Aspirants for the post of IC's by Way their
own Proposals as well as Proposals /recommendations From Political Persons , Persons Who have Political appointments Themselves as Also Other Persons . It Would Be in the interest of all of Us Who Would Like to ensure RTI to stand all the Weathering and Battering and Because the Stakes are Too High , What the Portfolios these Persons have Provided ? The Reason For Getting Political recommendations? What Are Their Specific Contribution to RTI Cause all through these Turbulent 5 years ? What Are their Performance Goals if At all they are Chosen and Become ICs in the Interest of RTI and according to the Preamble of Transparency And accountability . Have They discussed this in Enough Forums including Groups and Katte to account for the public Participation ?Secondly : I was the First Convener of Kria Katte and To enhance INTERNAL DEMOCRACY , I
Voluntarily relinquished the same . However I Observe and It is recorded that the Policy of INTERNAL DEMOCRACY has been given a Go by and The DEMOCRATIC set Up and the Democratic Ideals for Which we are Expending our Time and energies are not at all followed .
