That Mr Habibullah goes to extraordinary lengths to twist and distort the English language or the law of the land in his orders is an open secret. But I think this 2006 order (which he has mischievously deleted from the CIC website) "Manoj Chaudhry versus DDA" takes the cake.
This was the famous case concerning the minutes of meeting of a DDA Full Board meeting containing the following agenda item for discussion.
"IS THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 VILLAGE WHERE INTERNATIONAL
ATHLETES ARE TO BE HOUSED TO BE BUILT ON A BURIAL SITE OR ON A
CREMATION GROUND, AND WHY CANNOT DDA SETTLE THIS QUESTION ????"
Although the minutes containing this were provided to appellant by DDA before hearing, Mr Habibullah permitted DDA to provide to appellant another minutes of meeting where this agenda item was deleted.

I shall certainly remind Mr Habibullah of all these and other things (which we have properly archived and indexed in this group) when we meet next in the Supreme Court. I shall also remind him of this open letter this group wrote to him as far back as August 2009, and ignoring which (like King Canute) resulted in him being dragged to the SC in the first place
