RE: [rti_india] Fw: [rti4ngo] Panel discussion about misuse of RTI Act

How can RTI be misused?  As per the rule, every govt department must put all the public information on the department's internet website.  If they followed that rule, how can the public "misuse" RTI?  The public will just go to the dept website and get the information they want.
