How can RTI be misused? As per the rule, every govt department must put all the public information on the department's internet website. If they followed that rule, how can the public "misuse" RTI? I did a recording with DD News yesterday on the issue of the CJI's remarks about the misuse of the RTI Act. Prof. M M Ansari was the other panelist. The programme will be telecast under the title Janane ka Haq on Saturday (21st) morning at 10.30 and retelecast on Sunday (22nd) morning at 10.00.
