Chief Information Commissioner discussed the work allocation among Information Commissioners and the Information Commissioners agreed to the proposed re‐allocation of the Ministries as suggested by the Chief Information Commissioner. A circular in regard to this will be issued. Circular has still not been issued even after 18 days (or at least not available on CIC website) Miscellaneous Commission directed the legal cell to file an SLP on the issue of divergent Judgments of the High Courts on section 12(4)/15(4) of the RTI Act, 2005. Mr. Sarbajit, please start cleaning your guns and keep the ammunition ready. RTIwanted
