Mr Sarbajit,

This CPIO from Parliament needs serious training on the RTI Rules.
He should have charged the "actual cost" of the sample instead of the "actual price".

(c) - actual cost or price for samples or models; and

Number of meals ordered would have reduced drastically.

Anyhow, thanks for the tip.
Now I know where to go for Lunch tomorrow.

Of course citizens can get samples of material in RTI.

There is one person who orders 10 sets of meals served
in Parliament canteen as "samples" (at Rs. 4.30 per
sumptuous non-veg meal) every 2nd Friday when his cook
goes on leave using RTI (section 4 - no application or
need to maintain record required).
