Dear Sarbajit Sir,

I don't know what personal grudge you are harbouring against Shailesh Gandhi and Wajahat Habibullah. You may be right in your perception but others also have right to present their views.

Is it fair to put such derogatory messages in a group without having strong proof. And if you have concrete evidence, then legal recourse is available to you.

I personally know Shailesh Ji since 2004 when we all grouped together to garner support for Satyendra Dubey. We both were conferred Navleen Kumar Award in 2004 by PCGT along with 3 other activists. PCGT has been founded by Mr. B.G. Deshmukh, Mr. Julio Ribeiro and Dr. R.K. Anandin 2002. Shailesh ji was also conferred third ''Nani A Palkhivala Civil Liberties Award'' for preservation and protection of civil liberties in the country in 2008. A panel of judges, comprising Justice M N Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice S N Variava and Justice Sujata Manohar, decided upon Mr Gandhi's name. Mr. Soli Sorabjee had delivered the Memorial Lecture on 'Judicial Activism-Boon or Bane' in that function.

One should not doubt integrity of personalities and judges who have considered him worth above mentioned two awards. Are you suggesting that all the personalities and judges are fool. No one in Mumbai and India ever levelled any allegation against him, including the workers whom you claim have not been paid by Shailesh.

Regarding Wajahat Habibullah, it is enough to state that he had almost sacrificed his life when he was Divisional Commissioner in Jammu & Kashmir in 1991-93 while while negotiating with militants occupying the Hazratbal shrine in Kashmir. I was fortunate to hear his talk in Mumbai University in 2004 when he was Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj (Local Government).

No right thinking citizen would digest your attack on Shailesh ji and Wajahat ji without thinking that you have some mala fide intentions and hidden agenda to malign image of Shaileshji. I don't know what is chemistry of your relationship with AN Tiwari, but it is evident from the mails that you are aggrieved due to non elevation of ANT as Chief Information Commissioner.

Please control your emotion and do not apply the bureaucratic strategy of destryoing charactes of other lest it would stone wall on you as well.

running in such heavy losses ?

2) Do you (or Shailesh) deny that his company had failed to pay dues,
PF, ESIC etc to workers for many years, and when the company was sold
to Asian Paints family although Shailesh and his family made crores of
rupees, the workers got 5 paise (could be 7 paise) on the rupee.

3) Every time a citizen drinks a cup of tea / coffee which Shailesh is
paying for, it is a 'haraam ki kamaai' wrung from the sweat and toil
of poor workers whom Shailesh cheated.

4) Honest ICs like ANT don';t have the luxury to hire private staff
like Shailesh is doing with his ill gotten gains. Stop portraying
Shailesh as an honest person, Shailesh has learnt these cheap crowd
pleasing techniques from his mafia gurus like Haji Mastan, Dawood
Ibrahim etc etc.

5) If Shailesh is indeed an honest person as you claim, then let him
publicly inform us exactly why he was selected as an IC.
