All the facts concerning Shailesh Bhai's company (and its losses) are in the public domain and/or accessible under RTI Act. These points have not been raised by me, but have been circulating in public domain for many years by persons other than me, and well before
Shailesh became an IC. These were raised by me in reply to a specific point raised by Bhaskar concerning the fact that Shailesh Gandhi is paying for private staff to research / write up his decisions from his personal funds. This is a corrupt practice and deserves condemnation.
I have no grudge against Shailesh or Wajahat. They are occupying public positions and
their appointment / public actions are open to honest public discussion concerning
their performance. The resources of this group are open for anyone to defend themselves / contradict posts.
The fact of the various awards conferred is neither here nor there. It is well known
why these awards are given and/or accepted. I would go further by saying that acceptance of these awards marks one as a corrupt person.

1) If Shailesh is such an efficient IC, then why was his company
running in such heavy losses ?
2) Do you (or Shailesh) deny that his company had failed to pay dues,
PF, ESIC etc to workers for many years, and when the company was sold
to Asian Paints family although Shailesh and his family made crores of
rupees, the workers got 5 paise (could be 7 paise) on the rupee.
3) Every time a citizen drinks a cup of tea / coffee which Shailesh is
paying for, it is a 'haraam ki kamaai' wrung from the sweat and toil
of poor workers whom Shailesh cheated.
4) Honest ICs like ANT don';t have the luxury to hire private staff
like Shailesh is doing with his ill gotten gains. Stop portraying
Shailesh as an honest person, Shailesh has learnt these cheap crowd
pleasing techniques from his mafia gurus like Haji Mastan, Dawood
Ibrahim etc etc.
5) If Shailesh is indeed an honest person as you claim, then let him
publicly inform us exactly why he was selected as an IC.
