As per section 4(4) of the Act -
Explanation-For the purpose of sub-section (3) and (4) "disseminated" means making known or comminicated the information to the public through notice boards,newspapers,public announcements,media broadcasts,internet or any other means,including inspection of offices of any public authority.
In view of the above ,Is there any allocation of funds for this ? Have we come accross any such activities taken up by any Public authority where the Act has been promoted in larger interest of the Public.?
Its never too late to ask. OR
The govt has floated certain funds to the NGOs to promote the Act. In such case,Who are these NGOs and how can we come to know about its utilisation of such Funds.?
