[HumJanenge] IC DS slaps Max Penalty on CPIO of Income Tax

In yet another decision, IC Deepak Sandhu has imposed maximum penalty of Rs.25,000/- on the CPIO of Income Tax Mumbai.

It is interesting to read the flimsy excuses made by the CPIO to explain the delay in providing information.
