Sir,  it is said under the rules made by Ms of  P , themselves that nothing can be done to a MP even if he/she makes a false or misleading statement or act in any manner in the house.  so they are free to do any legal or illegal thing in the house since insulated but the law will catch others who do such things outside the LS/RS.     --- On Mon, 9/4/12, M.K.
