Re: [rti_india] Re: Sec 4(1)(a) and who has "access" to computerised and networked records...

Dear All,

Reference below email from Mr Sarbajit. I would be failing in my duty if I did not mention all this to the Group. I am one of the beneficiaries of Mr Roy's assistance and I want to express my utmost gratitude to him for the same. I was 100% satisfied and happy with all that he has done for me. Drafting replies/applications, spending long hours on the case to know details, preparing the Plan of Action, and above all else, representing/assisting me during the hearing itself. Goes without saying (in Mr Sarbajit's words), that we did not lose. And it must be mentioned that it was all voluntary of Mr Sarbajit.

I feel privileged being a part of this Group and for having him as it's Moderator. Very Many Thanks, Mr Sarbajit.

Col Kurup - You were absolutely right.

Dear Sunil,

I have no POV. <=== Very Important
I can argue all sides of the case with equal facility. To keep
myself sharp, I assist citizens (to get info) and also PIOs
(to escape penalty).

For enlightenment, you must sit in the SC for many years (like I did) (BTW have you noticed SC dome is shaped like a stupa) and let what falls from milord's lips slowly be absorbed into your consciousness. But of course I jest, a much faster way is to offer me gurudakshina.
