This order of HC is not sustainable. The HC cannot impose a fine of
Rs.5000/- on SGPC under RTI Act. How can the HC impose penalty to
them. Though the SGPC may not like to appeal to the Supreme Court
just for Rs.5,000/ in a matter of principle they should.
