[rti_india] Supreme Court upholds IC A.N.Tiwari's decision

 

On 30.March.2009 Central IC AN Tiwari tersely dismissed the 2nd appeal from a Cochin Shipyard employee.

"4. Respondents reiterated their position during the hearing and added that the appellant through RTI-petitions was trying to settle a grievance relating to service matter after failing despite a series of petitions filed before High Court of Kerala."

The Appellant lost in the HC, and the SC refused to entertain his SLP.
