There is a limit of 1+10 in the Act. Read what I said about Delhi RTI
Act. 1 single Appellate Authority was enough to control 25% of the
RTIs filed in India. RTI haramis were scared to file Appeals and
appear before her (Shailaja Chandra) because they knew their pants
would get taken off.
