1) You can file AS MANY free RTIs as you want - each targeted to get
upto about 20 pages.

2) The FREE complaint route is open

3) You have never experienced the Delhi RTI Act. Its salient features
- No Penalties, Info at Rs 5 per page, Rs 25 RTI application fee, Rs
50 First Appeal fee and so on... All of us RTI haramis (me,
Parivartan, Delhi RTI Munch, ) cut our teeth on that Act, and believe
me I got MUCH more info out of that Act (because of Ms Shailaja
Chandra) than Mr. Habibullah's corrupt little RTI circus.
