Sir just on another note

Where have all the DDA appeal and complaint files vanished off to ?.

As per my info, there are over 1600 pending RTI cases against DDA at CIC,
and yet since Oct till date, there have only been 3 decisions - all of them
compliance / adjunct cases.
Have the files been destroyed or shifted off somewhere (like to J&K with MMA)?
