Re: [rti_india] AP CIC appointment turns controversial....

In a "split decision" of the CIC, 2 sarkari ICs out-vote the
opposition member. In a "split decision" of the AP Selection Committee
2 outvote the opposition leader.

Both decisions are under the same Act which is silent on the
legitimacy of such "splits". Meanwhile the citizens are laughing
(crying ?) till their sides split.
