[rti_india] Is CIC trying to hide the contents of its decisions/orders ?

 

Going through some decisions/orders of the CIC of the last quarter, came across several which have incorrect names of respondents.
This is specially so for (Ex) CIC WH. Here is one example:

Title in the link says:

Decision No. CIC/WB/A/2009/000245 dated 26-04-2010 on Appeal from MAJ GEN VINAY KUMAR SINGH RETD Vs Central Reserve Police Force (67 KB) (PDF file that opens in a new window)

Actually it is:

Appellant - Maj. Gen. (Retd) V. K. Singh
Respondent - Central Vigilance Commission (CVC)
