At the risk of repeating myself for the n-th time.
1) We do not Moderate posts by members. Repeat, posts by members are not moderated. This group stands for the right for "responsible" RTIers to speak freely here.
2) If a member behaves "irresponsibly", he usually gets a "caution" (publicly or privately). Repeated "irresponsibility" results in expulsion from the group. After a decent interval (during which we hope good sense will descend from heaven) you may reapply for membership. If you are expelled thrice (like Dr. Nutan Thakur) you can keep reapplying but no-one will listen to you.
3) Insofar as Nilesh Suchdev is concerned, moderators do not unsubscribe members (please go through our archives). You can unsubscribe yourself using the standard link for such situations.
