The points of RTI application which were transferred u/s 6(3) by CPIO, CBEC to DRI are:
xi. Details of training (including overseas) undergone by G. Sreenivasa Rao till the date CPIO is replying to the RTI application;
xii. Total amount of reward received by him in his career so far;
xiii. Number of accounts (Savings, Current, Recurring Fixed, PPF and any other type), opened by G. Sreenivasa Rao after joining service as per available records in CBEC;
xiv. Names of the Branches of the Banks with the addresses where accounts mentioned in point (xiii) have been opened by him after joining service;

DRI is an organization listed in second Schedule of RTI act 2005 . (
Please see bare act - second schedule - sl.no.3 ), so section 24 of
the RTI act 2005 shall apply to DRI .
