[HumJanenge] Re: IRDS Seminar , RTI & Misinformation to Citizenry

Dear Madam,

The Moderator of this group is not available to communicate with you at the present time due to some preoccupations.

In my capacity as list owner, I am informing you that we have stringent rules for posting to this group. CrossPosting the same message to multiple RTI groups is strongly discouraged by popular demand (we had a vote on this).

Furthermore, after reading your post, I can safely say that you are a fool and we do not tolerate fools and/or their foolishness on this group (unless it is clearly marked as such).

The website of this NGO reads “Institute for Research and Documentation in Social Sciences (IRDS), a Non government Organization, was founded by some like-minded and public-spirited people in the year 1996. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and has been granted permission under the FCR Act to accept foreign donations/contributions. The Organization has also been exempted under section 80 G of the IT Act. It is working in various fields of Social services with the aim of making selfless, positive and substantial contribution to the overall development of the Nation and its people.â€

This also projects the ignorance level about the RTI act 2005 even in year 2010 in NGOs and experts who organized and attended this seminar on RTI .

NGOs should look into it as their office-bearers should concentrate on substance delivered  in seminars rather than treating seminars and NGOs  as a holy cow whom they milk whenever they want.
