Re: [rti_india] Re: IRDS Seminar , RTI & Misinformation to Citizenry

Dear sir ,

I understood what you want to convey. I am not an rti expert right now . i am new to the field with basic knowledhe of the act. but i want to learn a lot. i feel sorry i have broken the rules of the group.

i shall do as guided bu you.

perhaps rti act is not an act of the indian masses but an act of rti_india for rti_india and by rti_india .so be happy with your rti group .

this is my last mail to your group.i don't want to annoy you or the elite group members of rti_india who are the only rti experts in India.

bye bye

Dear Madam

1) The Rules of our group are on the homepage of this group.

2) We don't teach people to be wise here , we expect them to be wise before they join this group. In other words this group is for already wise people (ie "experts") in RTI Act.

3) To become wise in RTI, go to http://rtiindia.org/ or http://cic.gov.in

Dear Madam,

The Moderator of this group is not available to communicate with you at the present time due to some preoccupations.

In my capacity as list owner, I am informing you that we have stringent rules for posting to this group. CrossPosting the same message to multiple RTI groups is strongly discouraged by popular demand (we had a vote on this).

Furthermnore, after reading your post, I can safely say that you are a fool and we do not tolerate fools and/or their foolishness on this group (unless it is clearly marked as such).

The website of this NGO reads “Institute for Research and Documentation in Social Sciences (IRDS), a Non government Organization, was founded by some like-minded and public-spirited people in the year 1996. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and has been granted permission under the FCR Act to accept foreign donations/contributions. The Organization has also been exempted under section 80 G of the IT Act. It is working in various fields of Social services with the aim of making selfless, positive and substantial contribution to the overall development of the Nation and its people.

This also projects the ignorance level about the RTI act 2005 even in year 2010 in NGOs and experts who organized and attended this seminar on RTI .

NGOs should look into it as their office-bearers should concentrate on substance delivered  in seminars rather than treating seminars and NGOs  as a holy cow whom they milk whenever they want.
