Your experience with a certain IC's corrupt style of functioning is
not unique.
As far as this IC is concerned there are only 2 ways to deal with a
case
1) Deal with it corruptly to benefit himself or his mafia cronies,
ignoring
all well settled legal principles and full bench decisions.
or
2) Shaft the ordinary citizen.
In 99.99% cases both options boil down to the same thing.
