Re: [RTI INDIA] Apex court restores powers of transparency panel chief

If good sense prevail, the new CIC should suo motu cancel his CIC
(management) Regulation 2007. He can issue fresh instructions within
his powers under Section 12(4) without infringing on the provisions of
the RTI Act. The main objection raised by us was the
non-sustainability of the CIC Management Regulation. Some how are this
aspect is seen mislead to holding benches etc.
