RTis was filed with the collector.s dept at Mmbai for some papers and
documenlts in regard to an SRA scheme.appeal was also put since PIO did not reply
withi.n the stipulated time. Theanswser we got from t he collectors dept.... no
documfents are available and file no tiraceable.this sra scheme is just about 8
years ikd,and we know the deplt. is hiding something andthe answers aree not true
as the are trying to cover a scam wh ich has come to light. lThe deputy collector
called the builder and informed the collector when asked that the documents
were destroyed in the floods of 2005. it is a 7 storyed building and as the scam
involves a few families who were cheated out of their homes fraudulently,the
builder is also tring to avoid the issue.as he could be in trouble. Can a
police complaint be filed on the collector, in view of the answers received from
the collector which we strongly believe is not true. If not can you please
advise what should be our next move in this regard because it is a serious
