1) Please engage a good local counsel.
2) Please read the IPC section 499 for defamation (especially the 10 exceptions)

3) Check if the plaintiff has deposited the court fees for damages of Rs.99,000/-. File an RTI to OSIC asking for the copy of the Commission's decision to file a case against you.
4) If you have a scanned copy of the plaint, I would like to read it.
