[rti_india] Re: Publicity hound Krishnaraj Rao not welcome here

Well its not very surprising that Mr M.K.Gupta has nothing to say
on the view of the RTI activist who calls for honest government
officers.

Unfortunately, Mr M.K.Gupta belongs to that tribe of publicity
generating activists which openly calls for Govt officers to be corrupted (ie. bribed) to do their jobs. I hope that Mr Gupta
will not challenge / deny this charge too.

"PASSPORT- PL. DON'T RETURN THE POLICE OFFICER EMPTY HANDED
M K Gupta, 9810550172.
When an officer of Delhi police visits you for verification for the issue of passport, don't send him dry if you want perfect police report. This is a lesson Amit Gupta of Dwarka has recently learnt."

You had repeatedly insinuated that I was a member of that group, whereas in fact I was not. It is relevant that the owner of that group, Shri Dhirendra Krishna has kindly removed /deleted almost all of these scandalous and hateful comments posted by yourself and Mr Khemani from his group records when I apprised him of the matter.

For your ready reference the quotations are again reproduced below.

Instances are not infrequent when honest officers are penalised by way of transfers. It is time that the officers stand up to such political vilification and ensure justice to all free of fear and intimidation."

A vigilant and well informed public opinion, people's participation in administration and development, an honest media are essential for promoting a transparent and efficient administrative system."
