Usually the FAA directs the PIO to provide the information maybe in 15 days time or so. There has been cases where the FAA has asked the PIO to send the information to him, who inturn gives it to the applicant. I have experienced it personally.

Dear Sirs,
1) Whether AA can direct the PIO to provide information at the end of 45days to direct the PIO to provide information
2) Whether AA can provide information himself within 45 days as the time limit to dispose of the appeal of AA is 45 days.
I am confused. Please inform me who has to provide information in case of appeal, whether it is ie. PIO, AA or CIC.
