While going through the rules of some states I find that they differ in many repect. This arose my curiousity to have a comparative study of State RTI Rules but unfortunately they are not available on most of the web sites of commissions.
Can any one help me to send a PDF or WORD copy of atleast their States' RTI Rules in English and Hindi Language for my comparitive study at my other email addreess i.e. kumarniraj1000@
I would like to point out though on RTI India they have given the links but this links are non operational or do not have these Rules and Regulations.
