Greetings
As you all are familiar that we extensively using RTI in our work, and an NGO named PARDARSHITA PUBLIC WELFARE FOUNDATION has been penalized by the High Court two days back for asking some offending information under RTI Act.
Since day before yesterday morning we have been receiving calls from
many people that we(Pardarshita) has been penalized, therefore I would like to clarify that our organisation PARDARSHITA is not penalised but it is PARDARSHITA PUBLIC WELFARE FOUNDATION which is some other organisation that has been penalised by High Court.
