Dear Raja
A PIL in Mumbai will have no effect outside Maharashtra and/or Goa. You are welcome to file a PIL in SC for all-India action. In my younger days I had initiated many PILs, most with great success, today I strongly advise against them.
There are 2 kinds of members on this group - a) those who look upon PILs as a magic potion against the corrupt / unresponsive State delivered by the Superior Courts which are the last hope for common citizens. b) those who *know* that the Courts and Judges are equally big 'haraamis' who are all part of the same rotten system / mafia, and that the occasional "landmark judgements" are eyewash / tranquilisers for the restive population to be administered by the completely manipulated media. Most of these landmark orders finally actually benefit everyone other than the target section.
As a moderator my only job here is to ensure that the signal (ie. real information) reaches its target audience and is not drowned out by "noise". ie high Signal/Noise ratio
Our only goal at this group is to assist ordinary RTI users (not the habitual malcontents) to get the requested information upon their occasional RTI requests or suo-moto. Anyone who gets in the way of this goal will (and I emphasise WILL) be booted off the group. (PS: This is not directed at you exclusively or personally)

Dear Sarabjit,I am sure this Civic problem/work not only exists in Bombay, this relates to all the states. It is an idea from my end and I am sure not only the chilren will benefit but also common gentry.( This could be a solution to the misery.) Yes, in case YOU think it is not a common cause, I will request you not to publish.I shall try some other ways to create such awareness for the public at large.RegardsBunch-9969972283Dear Sarabjit

Dear Raja
The name of this RTI_India group is derived from RTI and INDIA.
We are a National level RTI forum, not a Maharashtra, Mumbai or Pune forum. So please show some consideration for the feelings of other members who have no interest whatsoever in your local level / municipal problems- especially when there is no RTI angle manifest.
