Dear Mr Rao,

went thru the contents of the file. Could not find anything substantiating what the SI's letter says about damaging the police station etc.
I think the best course of action for Mr Rajesh is to contact the SP and the DIG stating them the facts as such.
In case of any further need, kindly let me know. U can tell Mr Rajesh to contact me as well
