Re: [rti_india] Re: Habibullah lies again

Evry thing Habibulah touches is kiss of death for these fully corrupt persons.

In J&K Srinagar there is a deemd university called as National
Institutte of Techonlgy
which is regional engginering college. It is "Institute of Natonal
Imprtance" vid
a central Act from 2003. Itis finance since 2nd Plan by central govt, its Board
of director mainly IAS & other government officers. Til date this
institute is not
complying with RTI Act because it's chairman has certified in writing that
RTIU Act is not applying to this institute becuase it is situated in J&K and
section 1(2) of RTI Act "whole of India excepting State of Jammu and kashmir".

63+ RTI 2nd appeal against this college are sent to C.I.C. since 2006
mainly from
refugee Pandit community. Not a single appeal listed, & all papers are
being misplace.
Family of appllicants are being threatened by CrPF BSF not to pursue..

Who is this governor of the Institute. Please read the biodata.
http://www.nitsri.net/chairman.html
What is his email - "whabibullah@nic.in"
What is his title - "Jenab Wajahat Habibullah Sahib, IAS Chief
Information Commissioner, Chief Information Commission, Government of
India Room No. 306, 2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama
Place, R. K. Puram, New Delhi –110 066."

This is same corrupt secularist person who orders Muslims in J&K like
Muzaffar Bhat to be given information on BSF where RTI Act does not
applicable, but not refugee Hindu Pandit youths in Dehli & Mumbai
where RTI Act is enforced to know why theyre not getting engginerring
seat in J&K. As NTISRI Govrnor do you know that Habibulah gets 5
managment seats quota each year.

He then received a phone call 2 days later asking him to submit his bio-data. Mr Habibullah knows as well as I do who made this statement (and to many persons other than myself).
