Dear Umapathi S

1) Then why did you complain to Madam President ?. She will simply fwd
it to DoPT who will forward it to CIC who will fwd it to Mr Tiwari who
will fwd it to his dustbin.

2) Courts / Writs are a waste of time unless you are yourself a legal
professional
(preferably an unemployed "proxy counsel"). Not advisable. !!!
