Dear Sarabjit,

I am sure this Civic problem/work not only exists in Bombay, this relates to all the states.It is an idea from my end and I am sure not only the chilren will benefit but also common gentry.( This could be a solution to the misery.) Yes, in case YOU think it is not a common cause, I will request you not to publish.I shall try some other ways to create such awareness for the public at large.

We are a National level RTI forum, not a Maharashtra, Mumbai or Pune forum. So please show some consideration for the feelings of other members who have no interest whatsoever in your local level / municipal problems- especially when there is no RTI angle manifest.
