In RTI act , nowhere the word " Offensive RTI " is there.RTI query is a rti query. if this is under exclusion clause , the same should be told to pardarshita by the pio. personal questions can be asked under rti and these should be decided as per section 8 and 11 of act . the court should have decided the case in the light ofthe rti act .

this court order shall be detrimental to rti movement and should be challanged . How can you fight corruption with tied hands. Whats the harm in asking what the corrupt officials and netas do . on the one hand supreme court comments to legalise corruption on the other hand high court want to nurture it .

can anyone blackmail an honest officer . no , never. these are the corrupts who gets blackmailed . high court should have considered it .
