Dear niranjanji

At The initial stage itself idraw your kind attention to the ARTICLe in Deccan Herald "RACE APACE FOR JUICY JOBS AT KIC Published in Deccan Herald saturday 25th sept 2010 .

Your Article is only The Same with written with another INK.
Incidentaly i have Way back in April 2010 itself filed RTI to known whether these aspirants have Submitted any Portofolio of their contribution to RTI Cause over the past 4.5 years and what do they aspire to perform if At all selected to the POST of IC. Till todaty the DPAR is avoiding giving this Stating that the files are under circulation ??
your plenty of perks has been detailed by DH already exactly One month back and thank you for the reminder and monthly birthday

Further the selection committee is not at all an expert committee but an Political One ( You can say high power )and it is the Demand of All RTI Crusaders that There be in place a Said procedure , search committee , Advertisement ( there should not Be Unsolicited aspirants)

Further it is always the endavour of RTI Crusaders that information should come out Voulnatrily/At the level of PIO and at he least level of FAA not at the level of Information commission who are supposed to only strengthen and monitor RTI
I am also sorry that "home work" is lacking for the reason that it is not four months but more than 9 months if you approach KIC to get the first hearing . this is because not of the system being clogged but Because of non Applying of Zero tolrance on erring pIOs .Even with four ICs with each IC hearing 12+12 cases and with an working days of 25 days = 4 x 24 x 25

2400 cases can be heard and assuming that 50% are disposed itwill be 1200 cases . Are you aware that two commissioners only sit for the morning sessessiions only
A Kind request there are Lots of citizens wo are always there to help because the fight for RTI is the fighit for survival of Democracy in India . the stakes are too high for us to ever give up so well never give up .... these lines are from Arvind kejriwal of parivarthan
Pleaase also note that way back in 23 friday 2010 in Hindhu my press note /conference is quoted see the article "opposed" .

Further it is not Orwellian ways the state (the high power committee) is adopting but the FLUID suitation of politics in State .

Are You also aware that certain So called civic activists are also aspirants and inspite of my several request mails why They have applied or is it only to create a locus standi i am yet to get a reply
