Yes a question is listed regarding the validity of the bond U/S 73(1AB) of the Members of the MC wherein the signature of the Member is witnessed by the Chairman / Secretary but is not Notarized/ countersigned by any legal authority. There has been no reply as yet as to the legal validity of such a bond which is to be excuted interms of the Bombay Stamp act baing akin to an Indemnitiy Bond. Will any one from the Legal Fraternity give the correct answers please.
